Beginning her life in Texas, Amelia Busha began honing her creativity from the minute she discovered pencils and paper. Throughout her school years, art was a major factor in her life. Art classes were always the best part of the school day and gave her many opportunities to participate in art competitions and showcase her work in galleries. This passion ultimately led her to attend the State University of Plattsburgh and graduate with her Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in 2020. Using mostly oil paints and pastels, she creates portraits using bold colors to express her connection with her subject.
